AEW offers a Perfect and Highly Effective Crystallization and Filtration process. It is composed of Homogenizer, Crystallizer and SELF CLEANING FILTER EQUIPMENT with SEQUENTIAL COOLING system. Giving higher percentage of recovery and quality of the product. AEW has developed a perfect dynamic coil Designed Crystallizer for Guaranteed 100% Uniform Cooling specially for Rice Bran Oil, Sunflower Oil & Palm Oil and is already in operation with our valued client for highest quality of product. We also supply low budget crystallizer.

Winterization This is a process of removing components with high melting point (e.g waxes) from some vegetable oils, e.g. sunflower, rice bran and cotton seed oil or partially hydrogenated soya bean oil. Winterizing mainly consists in cooling these oils gradually and filtering them at low temperature in special filters or by centrifugal separators. Our plants are designed for batch or semi continuous processbased over filtration pattern.
